Monthly subscriptions

ProMapRanker plans are monthly subscriptions. You can cancel anytime to stop future renewals - your plan stays active until the end of the current paid month. Because a free account lets you try the tool before paying, subscription fees already billed are generally non-refundable, except where required by law.

First-month satisfaction guarantee

If you're not happy with your first month, email us within 7 days of that first charge and we'll refund it, no hassle - as long as you've used less than 20% of that month's credit allowance (each scan incurs real third-party data costs, so heavy usage isn't refundable).

Billing errors

If you believe you were charged in error or twice, contact us within 14 days and we'll make it right. Refunds are issued through Paddle to your original payment method.

How to request

Email [email protected] with your account email and the charge in question. We review every request fairly and will issue a refund where it's warranted.
